Terms of service

These terms apply to all services provided by MediaWoo SIA under the brand name JS Automates.

1. Custom projects

• Payment structure: 50% deposit before work begins, 50% upon completion.
• Free fixes are provided for 30 days after project delivery.
• Quotes specify scope, timelines, software dependencies, and included change rounds.

2. One-hour AI consultations

• Consultations cost $60, payable in advance online.
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the call. Non-refundable.
• If you start a custom project within 30 days, the $60 fee is credited toward your project.

3. AI coaching

• Plans are paid in full before the first call. Coaching hours do not expire.
• Colleagues may join calls at no extra charge.

4. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, saved hours, or revenue figures. Third-party software fees (Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, etc.) are paid directly by the client.
