A lot of my work is different from these examples. I have built CRMs, WordPress plugins, connections between tools with APIs, and tools that collect data from websites. If a job repeats and follows the same steps every time, tell me about it. If I am not the right person for it, I will tell you.
How projects work
Enquiry.
You tell me the problem, what you use now and what you want to change. I reply within 1 business day.
I check what you already have.
Maybe your software can already do it. If it can, I show you how, and you do not need to buy anything.
Price or consultation.
A small job is one automation between two or three tools. You get a price from the form. A bigger project starts with the one-hour consultation for $60, where we talk through the details. If you start the project within 30 days, the $60 is taken off the price.
Quote.
You get one quote for the work we agreed on.
Build.
You pay 50%, and I start. Simple automations usually take 2 to 3 business days. Bigger projects take up to 4 weeks.
Test and handover.
We test it together. You get notes or a short video that shows how it works. Then you pay the other 50%.
30 days of free fixes.
If something I built breaks in the first 30 days, I fix it for free. After that, I give you a price before I fix or change anything.

If something is not in the quote, it is not part of the project. For anything extra, you get a new price first.

All prices are in US dollars. You pay for software subscriptions, like Zapier, Make or GoHighLevel, directly to that company. Your quote lists them.
Questions about projects
What is a small job?
One automation between two or three tools that I can build in 2 to 3 business days. For example: new website enquiries go into a spreadsheet, and you get an email about each one. For a small job, you get a price straight from the enquiry form.
Why do bigger projects start with a paid consultation?
Because I need an hour of real questions to give you a good price. You do not lose the $60. It is taken off the project price if you start within 30 days.
Do I need to give you access to my tools?
It depends on the project. I tell you what access I need before any work starts.
What happens if something breaks later?
In the first 30 days after delivery, fixes are free. After that, I give you a price before I fix it. Every quote also says who fixes things later.
Do you guarantee results?
No. I promise the work in the quote, tested before handover, and 30 days of free fixes.
