AI that does the boring reading and writing
A normal automation moves data. An AI automation can also read and write. It can sort emails, pull numbers out of documents, and write a first draft of a reply for you. I build AI automations and AI agents for small businesses, using the OpenAI and Claude APIs with Make.com, n8n or Zapier. Automations start from $100.

What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is an automation where AI decides some of the steps. For example, it reads an enquiry, checks your calendar, writes a reply with free times, and waits for your approval. Agents are useful, but they can make mistakes. So I build them with clear limits, and a person checks the important steps.
What AI should not do alone
AI makes mistakes. It can sound sure and still be wrong. So I do not let AI send money, delete data or make promises to your customers without a person checking first. In the consultation, I tell you where AI helps and where a normal automation is better.
Custom AI tools
If a ready tool is not enough, I build a custom AI tool with the OpenAI or Claude API. For example, an assistant that answers questions using your own documents.
Price and time
A simple AI automation, for example sorting new emails into groups, gets a price straight from the enquiry form. AI agents and custom AI tools start with the $60 consultation. Automations start from $100. You pay AI usage costs, for example for OpenAI or Claude, directly to that company, and your quote estimates them.

Is it safe to use AI with my customer data?
It depends on the data and the AI service. I set it up so the AI only sees the data it needs for the task.
Which AI do you use?
Mostly OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude), through their APIs. I choose the one that works best for the task.
How much do AI usage costs come to?
It depends on how often the automation runs and how much text it reads. I estimate the cost in your quote.
Can AI answer my customers by itself?
It can. But I usually recommend drafts that you approve, at least at the start.
