Make your tools send data to each other
If your tools do not talk to each other, someone has to copy information from one to another. I connect your tools with Zapier, Make.com or n8n. Then new orders, leads, invoices and files move by themselves. Automations start from $100.

I work with Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Google Sheets and Apps Script, Airtable, Notion, WordPress, GoHighLevel, Supabase, and the OpenAI and Claude APIs. When a tool has no ready connection, I write one in Python or JavaScript.
Zapier, Make or n8n?
Zapier
The easiest to understand, and it connects to a very large number of apps. Good when your team will manage the automations.
Make.com
Shows the whole automation as a picture on one screen. Good when an automation has many steps.
n8n
Can run on your own server, so you decide where your data goes. Good for technical teams and for a lot of automations.

Why me
I started with Zapier in 2021. On my YouTube channel, I teach Make.com and n8n. Most of my clients found me through these videos, so you can watch how I build before you ask me to build for you.
Price and time
A simple integration is one automation between two or three tools. You get a price straight from the enquiry form, and it usually takes 2 to 3 business days. Bigger automations start with the $60 consultation. Automations start from $100. You pay for your Zapier, Make or n8n plan directly to that company.

No. You pay for your plan directly to that company. Your quote says which plan you need.
What if an automation stops working?
Fixes are free for 30 days after delivery. Your quote also says who fixes things later.
Can you fix automations that someone else built?
Often, yes. Send an enquiry. Tell me what the automation should do and what goes wrong, and I will tell you what I find.
Do you work with tools that are not on this page?
Usually yes, if the tool has an API or a connection in Zapier, Make or n8n. I check before I give you a price.
