Less typing in your books
A lot of bookkeeping is copying. Receipts from email, sales from your online shop, numbers from one report into another. I automate the copying, so the data gets into your spreadsheet or accounting software by itself. You or your accountant still check the numbers. Automations start from $100.

What I do not do
I build the automation. I do not do your accounting, and I do not give tax advice. Your accountant still decides how things are booked and checks the numbers.
First, check your software
Most accounting software can already import bank transactions and sort them with rules. If your software can already do what you need, I show you where to find it, and you do not need a project.
Where AI helps
AI can read a receipt or an invoice and pull out the date, the amount and the supplier. It can also suggest a category. A person checks it before it goes into your books.

Can you connect to my accounting software?
Usually yes, if it connects to Zapier, Make or n8n, or if it has an API. I check before I give you a price.
What access do you need to my financial data?
Only the access the automation needs. I tell you exactly what that is before any work starts.
Will this replace my bookkeeper?
No. It removes typing and copying. Your bookkeeper or accountant still does the accounting.
Do you work with Etsy shops?
Yes. I started working with Etsy in 2021.
