How I got here
I am Janis Skutanis, and I have worked with automation since 2021. I started with Zapier, WordPress, online shops, Etsy and process automation. After I finished working in a company, I started my own YouTube channel, JS Automates. There I made tutorials about Make.com and n8n, and I used ChatGPT and Claude a lot in my own projects.
My first clients found me through those videos. For them I built CRMs, WordPress plugins, websites, automations in Make.com and n8n, API connections, and tools that collect data from websites. I also gave one-hour consultations to people who were stuck in their own projects, and I coached business owners in 4, 8 and 12-hour plans. In coaching I taught the basics of automation, and later more advanced connections with APIs, so people could build solutions for their own businesses.
Today I run JS Automates full time. I am rebuilding my own business with AI, and I film every step for my channel.
Why I do this
"For me a great feeling is when something happens by itself."
I like finding solutions to repetitive tasks. Most small businesses have work that repeats every week and takes time from the real work. When a report, a reminder or a file suddenly arrives by itself, the owner gets that time back. That is the part I enjoy.

I offer three things, and all three are on this website:
How I work
I check your software first. If the tool you already pay for can do it, I show you how. You do not need to buy something new.
I give clear quotes. What I will build, how long it takes, what you pay for, and who fixes what later.
I use plain words. I explain what I build so you understand it and can use it.
I say no when I should. If I am not the right person for your project, I tell you.
I do not promise results. Results depend on your business. I promise the work in the quote, tested before handover, and 30 days of free fixes.
Clients and reviews
I have worked with clients in cleaning and home services, marketing, bookkeeping, real estate, online shops and coaching. I keep my clients' names private, so on this website I describe the kind of work, not the client. I have not published reviews yet. When I have them, you will find them here.
